SOUTH EUCLID, Ohio – The West Liberty football team hits the road this afternoon for a mutual 2021 spring season opener against defending Mountain East Conference champion Notre Dame.

Roger Waialae's Hilltoppers, who went 5-6 in 2019, were picked to finish fourth in the North Division by the MEC coaches while Notre Dame, which rolled all the way to the NCAA Division II national quarterfinals, was installed as the prohibitive favorite in the North Division with 9 of 12 first-place votes.
