    SOUTH EUCLID, Ohio – The top two teams in the Mountain East Conference North Division collide in a late-season showdown this afternoon when the West Liberty women travel to Notre Dame.
    Tipoff is set for 2 p.m. inside Murphy Gymnasium but in accordance with the MEC's safe competition guidelines, no spectators will be permitted inside the arena.
    Coach Kyle Cooper's surging Hilltoppers (5-6) have won their last three games by double-digit margins, capped by Wednesday's 92-65 rout of Wheeling. Olivia Belknap had a game-high 26 points and Grace Faulk added 18 on six 3-point bombs.
    The division-leading Falcons (9-2) blasted Alderson Broaddus, 81-56, on Wednesday for their sixth win in the last 7 games. Marina Adachi tossed in 13 points to pace four double-figures scorers for Notre Dame (Ohio).
