WEST LIBERTY, W.Va. – The West Liberty University women's basketball team looks to close out its first semester schedule on a high note this afternoon when the Black and Gold host a veteran Malone (Ohio) squad. Tipoff is set for 2 p.m. inside the ASRC.

Kyle Cooper's Hilltoppers (8-3) rolled to their 5th win in the last 6 games on Thursday with a 92-41 blowout of Bluefield State inside the ASRC.
Bailee Smith and
Corinne Thomas paced four double-figure scorers for West Liberty with 20 and 19 points, respectively.
The Pioneers (7-2) saw their 4-game winning streak snapped on Tuesday when Walsh prevailed, 83-73, in a battle for first place in the G-MAC. Robin Campbell had 18 points and Holly Groff added 17 for Malone.
