WEST LIBERTY, W.Va. – The West Liberty University women's basketball team tips off a busy week of non-conference action tonight against Ohio Dominican out of the G-MAC. The game is set for a 5 p.m. start inside the ASRC.
Coach
Kyle Cooper's Hilltoppers (6-3) had their 3-game conference winning streak snapped on Saturday when West Virginia State pulled out a 94-89 victory.
Corinne Thomas and
Arriana Manzay had 19 and 17 points, respectively, for the Black and Gold while
Audrey Tingle added 15 points, 15 rebounds and 9 assists.
The Panthers (1-7) shot just 24.5 percent from the floor on Saturday in dropping a 70-47 decision at Findlay. All-Conference junior Kennedy Schlabach had 16 points while Bailey Williams added 14 points and 12 rebounds in a losing cause.
