FROSTBURG, Md. – The regionally-ranked West Liberty University volleyball team rolled to its fifth straight win here Friday night, sweeping Frostburg State, 3-0, in a Mountain East Conference North Division match at Bobcat Arena.

Riley Schenk's Hilltoppers (19-11, 10-4) – No. 9 in this week's NCAA Division II Atlantic Region rankings – were in command throughout on Wednesday. The Black and Gold hit the ground running with a 25-16 verdict in the first set and went on to close out the Bobcats (8-18, 5-9) in short order by scores of 25-15 and 25-16.
Katelynn Fritz led the way for the visitors with a double-double of 13 kills and 25 digs – both match-highs.
Kirsten Bogunovich finished with 8 kills, 20 assists and 4 aces while
Riley Cudnik hit double-figures with 10 kills.
Haley Zeck just missed carding a double-double with 9 digs and 20 assists and
Nyia Setla contributed 20 digs.
West Liberty will be back on the home boards Tuesday night when the Hilltoppers host Fairmont State in a battle for sole possession of second place in the MEC North. First serve is set for 7 p.m. inside the ASRC.
