ATHENS, W.Va. – The West Liberty University volleyball team rolled to its second win in less than 24 hours here Saturday, handing Concord a 3-1 setback in Mountain East Conference action at the Carter Center.

Riley Schenk's Hilltoppers (13-10, 4-3) took the first two sets by the nail-biting scores of 25-23 and 30-28. The host Mountain Lions (4-11, 1-6) stayed alive with a 25-16 win in the third set but WLU closed things out in the fourth set by a 25-20 tally.
Nina Billotto tied a career-high with 18 kills and
Kirsten Bogunovich added a double-double of 12 kills and 32 assists to pace the Black and Gold.
Riley Cudnik and
Ruby Countryman also charted double-figure kill totals of 11 and 10, respectively, while
Nyia Setla added a team-high 18 digs and 4 service aces.
The Hilltoppers – who were coming off a 3-0 sweep at Glenville State on Friday night – return home on Tuesday to host MEC South Division leading West Virginia State. First serve is set for 7 p.m. inside the ASRC.
