Kyle Cooper's Hilltoppers (9-13, 5-11) battled powerful Charleston to the wire on Sunday but ultimately fell short by a 72-59 count.
Taylor Johnson was WLU's lone double-figure scorer with 22 points as the stingy UC defense held the Black and Gold to just 32 percent shooting.
The league-leading Pioneers (18-4, 14-2) rolled to their 12th straight win on Saturday, a 93-69 thrashing of Frostburg State. Ty Armstrong's game-high 25 points led the way for Glenville State, which opened up a 53-20 halftime lead and coasted through the second half.
This is the 64th meeting between the teams with Glenville State holding a 41-22 lead. That includes a wild 114-108 Pioneer win in last month's shootout at the ASRC.
Morgan Brunner tossed in seven 3-pointers and scored a game-high 33 points for WLU while Glenville got 26 points from Emily Stoller.
