    WEST LIBERTY, W.Va. – The West Liberty women will be trying to complete a season sweep of Davis & Elkins tonight when D&E dribbles into the ASRC. Tipoff is set for 5:30 p.m.

    Coach Kyle Cooper's Hilltoppers (7-11, 3-9) were unable to dig themselves out of an early hole on Sunday, dropping an 82-75 decision at Ohio County rival Wheeling. Taylor Johnson and Morgan Brunner led the way with 25 and 24 points, respectively.
    The Senators (5-13, 4-8) are coming off a third straight double-digit win, a 70-56 romp past W.Va. Wesleyan. Jessica Eadsforth-Yates' 14 points paced four double-figure scorers. Jamiyah Johnson added 11 points and 16 rebounds.
    This is the 45th meeting between the two programs, with all but one coming during the West Virginia Conference era.
    The Senators have won three of the last four encounters but WLU still holds a commanding 32-12 lead in the all-time series. That includes an 86-78 Hilltopper win in Elkins on Dec. 7. Taylor Johnson's 20 points paced five double-figure scorers for West Liberty.
