    WHEELING, W.Va. – The No. 4-seeded West Liberty women will take on top-seeded and No. 18-ranked Glenville State in Saturday's first MEC Tournament semifinal. Tipoff is set for noon at WesBanco Arena.

    Morgan Brunner's career-high 32 points and tournament-record 8 3FGs propelled Coach Kyle Cooper's Lady Hilltoppers (21-8) to an 84-77 win against Notre Dame in Thursday's quarterfinals. Marissa Brown added 19 points and 12 rebounds.
    The Pioneers (27-2) outraced W.Va. State, 105-86 in their quarterfinal tilt on Thursday. Emily Stoller's 22 points paced five double-figure scorers for Glenville State.
