WEST LIBERTY, W.Va. – The No. 16-ranked West Liberty men make their 2019-20 home debut tonight when they host former West Virginia Conference rival Salem (W.Va.) in a 7:30 p.m. tilt at the ASRC.
Hilltopper fans can follow all the action right here with a link to access the live videostream telecast along with real-time stats and a full game notes package produced by the WLU Sports Information Department.
Coach Ben Howlett's Black and Gold (2-1) are looking to rebound from Saturday's 98-85 road loss at No. 17 Daemen (N.Y.). Will Yoakum's 18 points paced three double-figures scorers but the Hilltoppers couldn't overcome a 2-for-13 showing from the 3-point arc in the second half.
The Tigers (1-2) are also hoping for a bounce-back game after dropping an 84-81 decision to Tiffin (Ohio) on Saturday. Five players hit double-figures but a tying 3-point attempt bounced off the rim at the buzzer.
