    BRISTOL, Tenn. – The No. 18-ranked West Liberty University men's basketball team closes out its pre-Christmas slate here tonight against perennial NCAA Division II Southeast Region power King (Tenn.) Tipoff is set for 7 p.m. at the Tornado's Student Center Complex.

    Coach Ben Howlett's Hilltoppers (7-2) haven't played since coming out on the short end of a wild 106-104 shootout at Fairmont State on Dec. 8. Yahel Hill and Dalton Bolon led West Liberty with 25 and 24 points, respectively.
    The Tornado (7-2) are coming off their third straight win, a 63-62 nailbiter at Clayton State (Ga.) on Friday. James Brown hit the game-winning free throws with just 4 seconds to play and Mike Salomon tossed in a team-high 19 points.
