WEST LIBERTY, W.Va. – The West Liberty University women's volleyball hammered its way to a 3-0 sweep of Concord Friday night in Mountain East Conference action at the ASRC.

Coach Kayla Fetsko's Hilltoppers (7-8, 2-2) slammed down 43 kills in pounding the Mountain Lions (7-10, 0-3) by scores of 25-23, 25-16 and 25-20.

Peyton Miller and Chelsea Bertie led West Liberty at the net. Miller led all players with 10 kills and 4 blocks while Bertie chipped in with 9 kills and a pair of rejections. Miranda Garmenn and Chelsea Byrge finished with 16 and 15 assists, respectively, while Courtney Pyeritz keyed the back line with 27 digs.

The Hilltoppers step out of conference on Saturday with a pair of matches at Marietta College. The Black and Gold take on Heidelberg (Ohio) at 2:15 p.m. before taking on host Marietta at 4:30 p.m.
