WEST LIBERTY, W.Va. – The West Liberty University women's volleyball team rolled to a 3-0 victory against Davis & Elkins on Monday in West Virginia Conference action at the ASRC.

Coach Kayla Fetsko's Hilltoppers (12-10, 4-4) made quick work of the Senators (2-12, 1-4), sweeping the match by scores of 25-18, 25-19 and 25-14.

Michaela Hawkins led the way with a match-high 14 kills and 5 blocks while tossing in a pair of service aces for good measure. Anne Edwards slammed down 11 kills and matched Hawkins with 5 blocks and Rachel Zeigler joined the hammerfest with 8 kills.

Chelsea Byrge led WLU with 31 assists while Courtney Pyeritz led the way in the back with 16 digs.

The Hilltoppers aren't scheduled to play again until hosting Seton Hill in a 7 p.m. match on Oct. 16.
