Box Score SHEPHERDSTOWN, W.Va. – The West Liberty University women's volleyball team couldn't get
anything going here Saturday afternoon and dropped a West Virginia Conference road match in straight
sets at Shepherd.
The Rams (7-17, 3-7) took care of the Hilltoppers (13-12, 4-6) by scores of 25-15, 25-15 and 25-20.
Michaela Hawkins led West Liberty with 7 kills and 2 blocks while Rachel Zeigler added 6 blocks in a
losing cause. Chelsea Byrge had 21 assists while Nikki Sadecky added 5 kills and a team-high 7 digs.
The Hilltoppers return home to host Alderson-Broaddus on Tuesday in a 6 p.m. match at the ASRC.
