West Liberty University Athletics

Entering his first year as Graduate Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach, Lucas Conde brings a well-rounded background combining athletics and academics to West Liberty University. A graduate of Bethany College, Lucas earned a Bachelor’s degree with a triple major in Finance, Business Management, and Marketing. During his time at Bethany, he was a four-season contributor on the men’s soccer team, playing a key role in the Bison’s 2021 Presidents’ Athletic Conference Championship victory.

Originally from Buenos Aires, Argentina, Lucas distinguished himself both on the field and in the classroom. He graduated Cum Laude and earned membership in Sigma Beta Delta, an honor society recognizing academic excellence in business. He was named to the Dean’s List multiple semesters, including Fall 2024 and Spring 2024, and was recognized on the President’s List in Fall 2023. Lucas also received the Business Award in Finance, highlighting his academic achievements.

Lucas is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree and is the son of Luis Conde and Claudia Villa.
