West Liberty University Athletics

Ava Marcino is from Steubenville, Ohio and is currently pursuing a degree in Exercise Physiology at West Liberty University with aspirations of becoming an athletic trainer. 

Ava is a graduate of Steubenville Catholic Central High School, where she was a four-year varsity setter and senior captain. She recorded 783 assists and 447 kills during her high school career and earned Eastern District 5 honors, including First Team recognition in 2024 and Second Team honors in 2023. Ava is passionate about helping young athletes develop their volleyball skills, work ethic, and confidence on and off the court.
