Biography
Milton Kobaly attended Belle Vernon Area High School where he earned varsity wrestling letters all four years. Milton recorded 133 wins and place second in the state of Pennsylvania. Milton was a three time Westmoreland County Champion. Milton studies Criminal Justice at West Liberty University.
