Antonella Creazzola

    Assistant Track and Field Coach (Throws)
    A former NCAA Division I student-athlete with international experience, Antonella Creazzola is in her first season as a graduate assistant coach with the West Liberty University track and field program. She will be working primarily with the Hilltopper throwers.
    Creazzola comes to the hilltop after two solid seasons at Iowa State University, where she earned back-to-back first-team Big 12 All-Academic Team honors and was a three-time member of the Big 12 Commissioner’s Honor Roll. Specializing in the hammer (outdoor) and weight (indoor) throws, Creazzola notched scoring throws in the 2020 Big 12 Indoor Championships and the 2021 Big 12 Outdoor Championships. She also took runner-up honors in the 2021 Cyclone Indoor Open.
    Creazzola began her college career at ASA Miami (Fla.) College. She was the 2018 NJCAA national champion in the hammer throw and followed that up with a runner-up finish in the 2019 NJCAA Nationals before heading to Iowa State. In addition to her collegiate exploits, Creazzola has represented Venezuela in multiple international competitions, including the 2018 IAAF U20 World Championships and the 2021 Pan American Junior Games.
                A native of Barquisimeto, Venezuela, Antonella holds a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management from Iowa State.
