West Liberty University Athletics

High School: Played at Bohemia Manor High School in Chesapeake City, Md., under head coach Lissy Dean. A four-year letterwinner, four-year starter and two-year team captain for the Eagles. Helped lead Bohemia Manor to three regional finalist appearances (2022, 2023, 2024) and a regional semifinal appearance in 2025 while earning the program's Sportsmanship Award in both 2024 and 2025. A four-time Cecil County First Team All-County selection and three-time Upper Chesapeake Bay Athletic Conference First Team All-Conference honoree, she was named the team's MVP in 2024 and 2025. Finished her high school career with 19 goals and 10 assists. Also competed three years in varsity track and field.

Club Soccer: Played five seasons with Pipeline ECNL in Baltimore, Md., under head coach Alex Shinsky. Earned Regional Selection First Team Defender honors in 2023 and was selected as an ECNL National Selection Player in 2024.

Off the Field: Sarah is the daughter of Trisha and Daniel Holmes. She has one older sister, Julia. She is majoring in Business with a minor in Marketing.
