She posted the lowest ERA by a Hilltopper at 3.79 while adding a WHIP of 1.40 and held opponents to a .256 batting average. Tallying a 10-11 record on the year she pitched ten complete games with one shutout and totaled 121.0 innings pitched. Pettit totaled 81 strikeouts and on eight occasions recorded five or more strikeouts in a game, including a season-high of eight against No. 8 Indianapolis............... At the plate she had seven doubles, one home run, and 11 RBI............
