Biography

High School: Attended Balcarras Academy in Gloucestershire, England, where he played under head coach Mark Harvey. Helped lead his team to the 2022-23 Cheltenham District Cup championship while also advancing to the Gloucestershire County Cup semifinals. A multi-year starter and two-year team captain.

Club: Played three seasons with Bishops Cleeve FC U18 under head coach Andy Tucker. Helped the club capture the 2023-24 Cheltenham Floodlit League and Cheltenham Floodlit League Cup championships before winning the 2024-25 Gloucestershire County Cup title. Earned the Players' Player Award during the 2024-25 season.

Off the Field: Frankie is the son of Sarah O'Leary and John O'Leary. He is majoring in Environmental Stewardship and Education.
