Biography
High School: Competed in cross country and track & field at John Marshall High School in Glen Dale, W.Va., under head coach Ted Zervos. A four-year letterwinner and four-year starter in both sports, he served as a team co-captain during his senior season. Helped lead the Monarchs to a third-place finish at the Region 1 Championships as a senior. Won the Region 1 championship in the 4x800-meter relay and earned a state medal in the event during his senior year.
Off the Course: Hadden is the son of Holly Garvin and John Garvin and has two siblings, Taylor Gray and Seth Gray. He is majoring in Secondary Education with a minor in History.
