Played at University High School in Morgantown, W.Va. ................... Also played American Legion baseball for Morgantown Post 2 finishing as State Runner-up 2022, 2023, 2024. 

Off the Field: 
Thomas is the son of Jim Montague and Lori Montague, he has three siblings Jimmy Montague, River Hames and  Forrest Hames............ He is majoring in Marketing with a minor in Criminal Justice.
