WEST LIBERTY, W.Va. – The West Liberty University men's and women's tennis teams are set to take on Frostburg State University on Tuesday at 3 p.m. in a Mountain East Conference match.

The Hilltopper women enter the match with a 4-4 overall record and a 1-0 mark in MEC play after splitting a pair of matches on Saturday. They secured a dominant 4-0 victory over Elizabeth City State before narrowly falling 4-3 to Bluefield State.

Evelina Martirosyan continued her stellar season at No. 1 singles, winning both of her matches to remain undefeated at 8-0. Omolade Aderemi also impressed, going 1-1 over the weekend and improving to 7-1 in No. 2 singles play.

Frostburg State's women's team comes into the matchup at 4-5 overall and 0-1 in MEC competition.

On the men's side, West Liberty looks to bounce back after falling to Bluefield State in its lone match last week. The Hilltoppers now stand at 1-6 overall and 0-1 in conference play. Frostburg State enters with a 3-6 record and is also seeking its first MEC win at 0-1.
