WEST LIBERTY, W.Va. – The West Liberty University men's and women's tennis teams return to action this weekend.
Saturday's schedule features a trip to Bluefield, where the women's team will compete twice. They will face Elizabeth City State at noon before taking on Bluefield State at 4 p.m. The men's team will also face Bluefield State, with their match slated for noon.
The WLU women enter the weekend with a 3-3 overall record and a 1-1 mark in MEC play. Evelina Martirosyan and Omolade Aderemi remain unbeaten in No. 1 and No. 2 singles, boasting a perfect 6-0 record on the season.
Earlier this week, the women's team fell to Davis & Elkins, 5-2.
The men are 1-5 on the season and 0-1 in MEC play.
