West Liberty,W.Va. - The West Liberty University women's soccer team will host Wheeling University Wednesday night at 7:30 p.m. at the West Family Athletic Complex in their final home game of the regular season. The Toppers are currently third in the north division and can lock that position in with a win over the Cardinals. West Liberty stands at 7-8-4, 5-6-3 on the season. In the first meeting with the Cardinals, WLU won 2-1 on goals from Mia Zecca and Morgan Kost, Cianna Butera made seven saves in the victory. The Hilltoppers will look for the regular season sweep for the first time since the covid spring season of 2021.
