WEST LIBERTY, W.Va. – The threat of rain in the forecast for Saturday has forced a change in the West Liberty University baseball and softball schedule for the weekend.
    The scheduled Mountain East Conference baseball doubleheader between Concord and WLU has been moved from Sunday to Monday at Kovalick Field. Game times remain at 1 and 4 p.m.
    In addition, the softball twinbill between Notre Dame (Ohio) and the Hilltoppers has been moved from Saturday to Monday. Game times for softball on Monday are Noon and 2 p.m. at the WLU Softball Complex.
    Both West Liberty squads will now open their conference schedules at home on Sunday. Baseball takes on Glenville State with games at 1 and 4 p.m. at Kovalick Field while Hilltopper softball welcomes Alderson Broaddus to the hilltop for games at 1 and 3 p.m.
