WEST LIBERTY, W.Va. – The No. 4-ranked West Liberty University wrestling team swings back into action on Friday when they take on a pair of Mountain East Conference rivals in the Hilltopper Duals.
    Fairmont State, ranked No. 22 in the country, and Davis & Elkins, which was also receiving votes in the most recent National Wrestling Coaches Association (NWCA) Top 25, will join Coach Danny Irwin's host squad on the ASRC mats to close out their pre-holiday slates.
    Action gets under way at 11 a.m. with the opening dual between West Liberty (3-3) and the No. 22-ranked Falcons (0-4). The fast-rising Senators (1-0), who shocked Fairmont State, 40-6, in a mutual season opener last month, will follow with a 1 p.m. rematch against those same Falcons.
    Looking to rebound from a nail-biting 19-18 road setback at No. 12 Findlay (Ohio) on Saturday, the Hilltoppers will wrap things up with a 3 p.m. match against Davis & Elkins.
