Justin Kaplan made the longest field goal in the MEC this season to win the game for the WLU football team this past Saturday. Down by one with less than 20 seconds left in the game, he split the uprights from 48-yards out give the Hilltoppers the 23-21 win over West Virginia Wesleyan and improve their season record to 3-1. Kaplan was also named the MEC Special Teams Player of the Week.
