    A speedy and sure-handed wide receiver, Greg Dailer starred for the Hilltoppers from 1995-97, capping his career with back-to-back 1,000-yard receiving seasons. He had 60 catches for 1,100 yards and 6 TDs as a junior and followed that up with 53 catches for 1,073 yards and 16 TDs as a senior. A two-time All-WVIAC selection, Dailer was the first West Liberty football player to earn first-team NCAA Division II All-America honors in 1997.
    He finished his West Liberty career as the school’s career leader in receiving yards (2,734) and touchdown catches (28). Dailer also shares the single-game mark with 4 TD catches against WVU Tech on Nov. 8, 1997.
    Dailer had a lengthy career as a teacher and coach after graduating from West Liberty. He spent eight years at two Florida high schools, before moving to the Pacific Northwest as head football coach and mathematics instructor at Arlington (Wash.) High School.
