WEST LIBERTY, W.Va. – Due to inclement weather in the weekend forecast, the West Liberty University baseball team has made some schedule changes.
Coach
Eric Burkle's surging Hilltoppers (9-5, 4-0), currently tied with Shepherd for first place in the Mountain East Conference North Division, will now host the top two teams in the South Division on Friday and Saturday.
West Liberty welcomes Concord (9-11, 3-1) to Kovalick Field on Friday for a 1 p.m. doubleheader before South Division-leading UVa-Wise (10-12, 4-0) comes to town on Saturday for a 1 p.m. twinbill. The games were originally scheduled for Saturday and Sunday.
On the softball front, Thursday's scheduled non-conference doubleheader at California (Pa.) has been postponed. No make-up date has been announced.

Herb Minch's Lady Hilltoppers (6-8, 2-2) return to action on Saturday with a 1 p.m. twinbill at the University of Charleston (11-8, 3-1).
