HILTON HEAD, S.C. – The West Liberty University men's tennis team dropped a 7-2 decision to Tiffin (Ohio) in a Thursday morning match at the Hilton Head (S.C.) Invitational.

Sam McCullough's Hilltoppers off to a good start with an 8-3 win at No. 1 doubles but the Dragons won the other two matches to gain the upper hand heading into singles play.
The Tiffin team won five of the six singles matches to close out the match.
Alex Hayden was the only West Liberty player to break through in singles play, gutting out a three-set win at No. 5 singles.
The Hilltoppers wrap up their South Carolina stay on Friday with a morning match against St. Joseph's (Ind.).
